Cub Scout Pack 75 Rocket Day

Posted on Oct 17 2019 - 7:50am

NASA is calling. They are looking for new engineers and rocket scientists to help build the next generation rockets that will send astronauts to the space station, the Moon, Mars, and beyond. You first need  some training and experience before working on the Space Launch System (SLS). Mark your calendars Scouts, for you are going to get a chance to build and launch your very own rocket high in the sky.

Each Cub Scout will be given one(1) Estes Gnome Rocket kit. This kit is an easy-to-build project with a build time of less than an hour. This kit does require the use of plastic model cement and an Exacto/Utility knife (not included), so adult help and supervision is required.
